      First,

Download (ZIP) and Extract File

Second, Open Tally and from Gateway of Tally

Press Alt+Ctrl+T Button

Third,

Press F4 Button and Define TDL as Per Drive Location

Fourth,

Press Ctrl+A (Accept & Save) TDL and it is ready to Use.
